  • Touch up paint floor near fireplace where Lena burnt at 3115. See me.

Welding Team:

  • Finish dumbwaiter so that it works.
  • Finish log splitter.

Erik:
  • Layout driveway at 3124 so that I can dig it out.
  • Manage someone to caulk gutter/eave connection at 3115.
  • Take a skid steer up to hill on flatbed and bring home my mining cart and the two lengths of track next to it.
  • Bring home scaffolding from hill.
  • File permit for farm spigot on little lot and have plumber install.
  • Run new water line when it warms up at 6624.
  • Insulate 709 8th street.
  • Replace all windows at 709 8th street.
  • Manage electrician's overhaul and upgrade at 709 8th street.
  • Manage plumber's relocation of gas line at 709 8th street.
  • Spray foam ceiling at 709 8th street.
  • Maybe send HVAC homos to 709 8th street and service furnace and A.C.
  • Finish Lena's office.
  • Manage remodel of shed 4 to include 1 bath and 1 shower. See me.
